New Year's concert

The last day of the year will end with the Armed Forces Music Corps' annual New Year's concert in the Royal Chapel at the Royal Palace. The Life Guards' Dragoon Music Corps and soloist Malena Ernman will be performing magical music in a historic setting.

The Armed Forces Music Corps' New Year's concert in the Royal Chapel at the Royal Palace was first held in 2009. Since then, the Navy Music Corps, the Army Music Corps and the Life Guards' Dragoon Music Corps have taken it in turn to host a New Year's Concert.

This year, the Life Guard's Dragon Music Corps will perform the concert together with Court Singer Malena Ernman.

The programme includes music by Monteverdi, Rameau, Vivaldi and Handel.
